Though Rhodia tried to claim that this had started due to &#8220;a grass fire&#8221; <a title=\"they didn't test for any white phosphorus\" href=\"http:\/\/whatliesbeneathrattlechainlagoon.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/scan0030.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">there was no evidence of this<\/a>.
