There had been a long prior history of<a title=\"post mortems\" href=\"http:\/\/whatliesbeneathrattlechainlagoon.org.uk\/?page_id=234\" target=\"_blank\"> inconclusive post mortems<\/a>&#8211; because they had not been transparent about the nature of the waste and its toxic properties.
