Whether the release of this gas in this “controlled?” manner does not present a risk to residents is not really the issue concerning wildfowl protection, whereas the release at low lying levels to returning wildfowl will be a different matter. <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n You can see gas being emitted with the naked eye on\u00a0a still day.
