\"FailOn April 1st 1996<\/strong> a brand new organisation uttered life from the shards of a dying government. The new quango was supposed to usher in a new era of waste regulation, flood defence and waste crime investigation. ON ALL THREE COUNTS IT HAS FAILED.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was not around during the chaotic era of the hazardous waste units and before that the ludicrous West Midlands County Council idiots who dished out licences like SL31<\/a> at Rattlechain to a behemoth well connected industrial polluter like Albright and Wilson. This licence as I have said and proven many times, gave the scum from Oldbury a blank cheque to do whatever they liked, and tip whatever they liked as they always had, as a WW2 contractor. Everything was covered up as it always had been and the licence just legitimised this.<\/p>\n

The EA failed and fell at the first hurdle in changing anything at all<\/strong>. The 1997 inspection of the Trinity Street factory, I have summarised and looked at HERE<\/a>. It was business as usual with many of the new staff just swapping job titles from the old Walsall council run HWU.<\/p>\n

Into this mix came the misery of conmen playing the planning system weighted in favour of development and a blank cheque by the BCDC quango set up for this purpose. The EA as statutory consultee did push back, particularly I would note an employee by the name of Cheryl Disney, who I will single out for having more balls and more nouce than mouse than any other officer in the organisation. I have read ALL of the planning documents and correspondence from ALL of the planning applications from this time, so I know exactly what I am talking about.<\/p>\n

But the worst problem with the EA has been the timid approach it has taken with regulation, in exactly the same manner as with the privatised water industry. I looked at that issue HERE.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

On pollution matters, i would say that I probably account for half of the reported water pollution incidents across the West Midlands. I am most likely a voodoo figure in Fradley Park, but the state of water quality, especially from diesel and fuel pollution is shameful- mostly from industrial sources that the\u00a0 EA are not regulating properly.<\/p>\n

I have had to go to great lengths, like this<\/a> to do their job for them, but there appears to be little response even when I have done. The number of incidents is definitely increasing but the response times are dwindling, and most often there is never any feedback. The damage caused to wildfowl has never been worse.<\/p>\n

The biggest problem with the EA is that they have been highjacked like many other quangos by political actors keen to remove their independent powers, particularly for rampant house building on dangerous ground.<\/p>\n

But also the EA are one of the biggest peddlers of the “climate change” hoax. They are liars in this regard because they are using the public purse and defrauding it by failing to manage rivers properly, and in this regard I will give direct evidence.<\/p>\n

The River Tame in most part is a shallow river passing through the Black Country into Birmingham, but it is shallow largely because of blockages that the EA should be by law be dealing with. I have observed multiple tree obstructions across the area and some have been there for years without any EA attendance. On the other hand, the EA send out teams around 6 times in short periods to mow grass banks along the same banks- a complete waste of time and money and this does NOTHING to prevent flooding. WHY ARE THEY DELIBERATELY NOT REMOVING OBSTRUCTIONS?<\/p>\n

We can’t have long grass can we, but the trees in the River Tame can just stop there. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

Yet not one officer from pollution control can turn up to inspect sewage pollution caused by Severn Trent.<\/p>\n

The answer is they are misappropriating money by massive tax payer funded flood relief schemes- a hoax and a fraud but no doubt paying allied private companies a great deal of money from tinkering with bollocks like tipping stones into rivers like that below.<\/p>\n

Carry on conning the public and defrauding the public purse with this bullshit<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

In the Sandwell Valley area they have spent millions previously on this lie and theft and it is time that someone called this out. Politicly of course they will not because it is a part of their globalist hoax to increase taxes, ration us whilst they get ever fatter whilst also claiming that arson is\u00a0 somehow a “wild fire” also caused by the same bullshit “climate change”.<\/p>\n

Over several miles of the Tame, I can prove<\/strong> evidence of tree obstructions at Great Barr, Witton, Perry Barr, Hamstead -in fact all the way along which must be having a cumulative effect on raising levels that these liars will put down to “climate change” to justify more tax payer theft and rewarding the above companies with more contracts. These are fully visible from the road, and any EA officer could see them.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

An example of a fallen tree fully across the river at Witton, which attracts more debris and builds up blocking the River and raising levels for flooding. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

And it is is not just fallen trees that the EA do not deal with. In the Great Bridge area alongside the former Wilko carpark, an outfit known as Warley Stores Limited<\/strong> last year had contractors who cut down trees on land not belonging to them so they could fence off the car park. These trees were fly tipped into the River Tame and have been blocking it ever since. This was witnessed, so don’t anyone try to argue the case. It was also reported to the EA several times, and the last time I enquired I was given some bullshit about health and safety. You know who owns this company, one sole director, I have told you this and yet almost a year on, you have done fuck all.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please do give this one a miss and boycott it when it opens, fly tipping is a waste crime and those who own this shop are fully responsible for this<\/span><\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

The EA have become one giant excuse; a clown show juggling balls keeping their heads above water whilst their political paymasters drown us with their invented propaganda for money making embezzlement purposes.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
