It was originally submitted in May 2000 but met with considerable delay due to one reason or another. It was decided on 10\/1\/2002\u00a0and came with 6 conditions.\u00a0The 11\u00a0substances applied for and location use are shown in the tables below. An increase in the amount of phenol and\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><strong>BIS-HEXAMETHYLENE TRIAMINE\u00a0 (B.H.M.T) <\/strong><b>on site was applied for. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/whatliesbeneathrattlechainlagoon.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/scan0005.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1875\" src=\"http:\/\/whatliesbeneathrattlechainlagoon.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/scan0005.jpg\" alt=\"scan0005\" width=\"577\" height=\"560\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/whatliesbeneathrattlechainlagoon.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/HS26.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7428\" src=\"http:\/\/whatliesbeneathrattlechainlagoon.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/HS26.png\" alt=\"HS26\" width=\"840\" height=\"597\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Three appendices were included with the application.<\/p>\n<p>Appendix 1 <a href=\"http:\/\/whatliesbeneathrattlechainlagoon.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/HS026-SUBSTANCE-LOCATION-PLAN.pdf\">HS026 SUBSTANCE LOCATION PLAN<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"vessel location plan\" href=\"http:\/\/webcaps.sandwell.gov.uk\/publicaccess\/files\/BD0BCB8D644BFEA6B9664E50BC2320B7\/pdf\/HS026-AMENDED_PLAN_-_APPENDIX_II_-_VESSEL_LOCATION_PLAN-164229.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Appendix 2 vessel location plan<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a title=\"HSE consultation zone\" href=\"http:\/\/webcaps.sandwell.gov.uk\/publicaccess\/files\/02C8EFF674CA8D412D1D25A587916997\/pdf\/HS026-APPENDIX_I_-_SUBSTANCE_LOCATION_PLAN-164227.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HSE CONSULTATION ZONE<\/a>\u00a0The\u00a0council report notes that the HSE consultation zone extends to\u00a0 approximately 940 meters around the works.<\/p>\n<p>Originally it appears that Rhodia had advertised the application \u00a0without the local authority being able to find it.
